We’re in the midst of radical change.

Old paradigms are fading:

From our culture.

Our relationship with the Earth.

Our collective consciousness.

Many of us are standing at the precipice of these changes.

We’re shepherding new paradigms into existence.

Yet the harm and residue of the old still needs care.

The confusion that comes with change needs sorted.

And new wisdom and worldviews need to emerge.

✨This is where healing comes in.

Healing is needed at a massive scale.

Whether it’s the many losses associated with climate change, the injustices of structural inequality, or other forms of breakdown, uncertainty and change,

We need community space to process, digest and heal the very normal feelings that come with addressing our world’s most pressing issues, and tools for holding space for the emergent process we're in the midst of as a world.

Cue the We Heal For All Circles!

“Nothing that feels bad is the last step.”

- Eugene Gendlin, philosopher & psychologist

We Heal For All Circles invite you to slow down and feel what you’re feeling. They offer space for the collective healing that’s needed to usher in a world that our hearts know is possible.

A We Heal For All Circle is a model of mutual aid that uses exercises to facilitate community-based emotional processing, empathy building and psychological resilience. The exercises include self-observation (meditation) and empathic listening (resonance practice) to support participants to share about their personal experiences (storytelling) in a compassionate environment, which is established through guidelines for listening and sharing (community agreement).

The We Heal For All Circle model is:

What our community is saying -

I have never encountered a space to openly speak about ecological grief in a supportive way. I left the space feeling so much lighter and comforted that there are so many others who are going through the same thing.
— Cailin N, city planner
The community I found in this program set the bar for communities that I’ll seek out moving forward, not only to be a part of, but to cultivate in spaces and relationships I hold.
— Patrick H, yoga teacher & coach
I had a healing experience sitting amongst a diverse group of individuals who all share the same sentiment of world peace. I think the future depends on groups like this one - sitting and discussing uncomfortable conversations, collectively so that no one feels lost, left behind, forgotten.
— Lauren D, entrepreneur
