Individual healing is an act of collective healing.
At this time of great change and transformation as a society, many of us feel the weight of the world’s pain, as well as new layers of our own.
I work with change makers & healers to support the deep inner work they’re doing to grapple with and heal the unique ways that this time of change is manifesting for them.
I specialize in trauma-informed emotional mindfulness techniques rooted in the psychology and neuroscience of healing. Together we’ll practice the art of slowing down in order to help you use the wisdom that lies in your body to support your emotions to live out their full waves and give you the information you need to thrive.
You may be looking to heal historical trauma, channel eco-emotions, or integrate consciousness shifts— things brought on by systems of oppression, a changing planet, and the awakening of new ways of being. Whatever it is, it’s with deep honor and heartfelt respect that I offer myself as a compassionate companion in your healing journey.
