Looking for nourishment this holiday season?
Nestled in the middle of the holiday season, join us for a 4-part Winter Circle Series. An opportunity to be spiritually nourished by the winter season’s invitation to slow down and turn inwards.
Inspired by the season’s transition towards the Winter Solstice, we’ll use the waning light each day holds as gentle guidance to do like the animals do and turn inwards in our own form of spiritual hibernation.
In Circle, our main practice is listening, as we open our hearts and hold space for ourselves and one another in authentic, empathic ways. An arc of themes sourced from this time of year guides each Circle and welcomes reflections on everything from the personal to the collective.
Themes we’ll use as guides:
Nourishment & gratitude
Gentle shedding
Honoring darkness
Winter Solstice
This Circle series isn't a hibernation to sleep, it is a hibernation to nourish the parts of ourselves that are longing for a little extra care this winter season, and know what the power of being lovingly held by community can offer that.
We would love for you to join us.
About the Circle Series
Each Wednesday we’ll virtually gather in community to hold space for ourselves, each other, and that which is alive in our lives and the world at large.
Circles use meditation, storytelling, and resonance practice to facilitate a healing-centered and co-created experience of heartfelt sharing, empathic listening, and emotional processing.
Each Circle will use some form of a centering and/or embodiment practice to support you to arrive and settle into the space. The heart of the Circle is a practice of sharing and listening that is accompanied by resonance practice, which keeps our listening active and the felt sense connection between each of us as a group alive. We close every Circle by intentionally offering the energy that was cultivated during our time together to that which is greater than ourselves (whatever that may mean to you).
Our group will be no more than 12 people (including the facilitators). We use a community agreement similar to this one to keep the space constructive and supportive to as many as possible.

Liz Moyer Benferhat
For Liz, RYT-200, MPA-DP, healing at the personal and collective levels is at the heart of her work. That’s why she has dedicated her life to the subtle interplay between how our inner transformation feeds the outer transformation needed in the world. Through We Heal For All, she offers Circles, healing-centered coaching, writing, workshops, and courses that bring more healing-centered practices into our work as people called to be of service to the world. She has had the privilege of studying with spiritual healers such as Ron Young and Anneke Lucas, neuroscience educators like Hilary Jacobs Hendel and Sarah Peyton, and evolutionary thought leaders like Otto Scharmer, Duane Elgin and Thomas Hubl.
