A four-part series of We Heal For All Circles that use emotional mindfulness and embodied empathy practices to create space for the many normal feelings and moral grapplings that come with working on behalf of climate justice.
Hold space for your grief and confusion in order to give birth to new insights and hope.
Surround yourself with a conscious community of practitioners who will share openly and listen empathically. This is a space to tell our stories, fuel our work, and unearth deeper wisdom that's needed for these times of change.

FAQs
What is a We Heal For All Circle?
Circles are 90-minutes long and use practices of meditation, storytelling and resonance practice to support you to connect with yourself, other like-hearted people and that which is greater than you around climate injustice.
You can learn more about the WH4A Circle model here.
What can I expect in a Circle?
A theme and reflection prompt related to climate change will be our entry point. We’ll have our cameras on and follow this flow:

Opening acknowledgment. Warm up round of shares.
Meditation
Guided visualization to connect with yourself.
Storytelling
Two rounds of equally-timed shares with resonance practice.
Cool down
Guided visualization to offer up the energy to something greater than yourself.
Close Circle
Who is this for?
Anyone who cares about and is working on behalf of climate justice, formally or informally.
Where will we meet?
Circles are held virtually on Zoom. We’ll have a private community group on WH4A’s Mighty Networks platform for additional connection.

Series Facilitator
Liz is a longtime change maker and norm shaker in the fields of sustainable development and social impact, so knows how much heart goes into caring about our world. That’s why she designed the We Heal For All Circle model to offer healing-oriented community space for fellow change makers to thrive in their work and usher in the heart-based consciousness shifts we need to address the challenges we face. She now trains folks on how to bring the Circle model to their communities and offer it in a way that’s unique to them.
